Returns Policy

At PUSHAS, we pride ourselves on making our users happy.

This means, if you are unhappy with the sneakers you have bought for any reason, we will accept returns on UNWORN sneakers that are in the same condition as they were shipped.

All you have to do is email us at help@pushas.com with the subject - RETURN with your name and order number. 

You have the right to return sneakers that may not be your size, or simply because you changed your mind. Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid, less the shipping costs to and from you AND 10% of the amount for any processing costs we have incurred.

Returns are only valid within 24 hours of the date you received your sneakers.

If you are returning sneakers since they are not legitimate, you will get a full refund once you return the sneakers to us and they are indeed not authentic. (The seller will pay for your shipping costs to and from us, as well as the 10% processing costs we incurred). To date, we have received 0 returns based on legitimacy. 

 

Please note: Returns will not be processed without a Return Label provided by PUSHAS.


The package remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by PUSHAS. 

Once we receive your return, the sneakers will be evaluated as to whether they have been worn before your refund is made. As we are a marketplace, PUSHAS reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases on behalf of our sellers. False returns will be subject to additional shipping fees. 

We unfortunately do not accept worn/used Sneakers for returns.
