Xmas & COVID-19 Courier Delays




We're currently experiencing longer-than-usual delivery times on our orders. Unfortunately, this out of our control due to record-levels Xmas parcel volume exacerbated by COVID-19 restrictions.

Please understand that this is peak season for couriers and so there may be a 3-5 day delay from standard shipping times.

If you have an enquiry about your order, please email hello@shippit.com and quote your tracking number for them to follow up. You can also track your order using your tracking link received in your shipping confirmation email as well.

Our hardworking team will work tirelessly to ensure we process orders out as quickly as possible for you - since we want everyone to have the joy of new sneakers!
